Adesso vengo a scoprire che il Cruisecontrol predittivo, di serie sulla mia auto non funziona in Italia perché necessità di un aggiornamento software, per correttezza mi aspetto un chiarimento sul predetto aggiornamento.
Thanks to Stefano C. I bought online a VW Tiguan Rline October 2020 all perfect delivery and documents within the agreed time. Now I come to discover that the predictive Cruisecontrol, standard on my car, does not work in Italy because it needs a software update, to be fair I expect a clarification on the aforementioned update.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima esperienza post vendita non positiva. Ho da poco acquistato la mia Volkswagen e sfortunatamente me l'hanno già segnata. Passo in concessionaria per capire cosa posso fare visto che ho stipulato un'assicurazione aggiuntiva rispetto alla RC auto classica. Arrivo all'accettazione e mi accoglie il signor Trevisiol e mi comunica che devo attendere il responsabile carrozzeria. Mi avvisa che devo attendere 10 minuti, quindi aspetto dentro lo showroom. Dopo 30 minuti viene da me dicendomi che posso portare l'auto nel corridoio esterno così da poter far visionare l'auto. Attendo quindi all'esterno vedendo passare più e più volte il signor Trevisiol senza ricevere nessun cenno di "adesso arriviamo". Passano altri 30 minuti. Ho atteso con pazienza, ma dopo 1 ora ho voluto rivolgermi a qualcun altro che mi ha chiamato subito il responsabile alla carrozzeria, che avevo visto più volte passare e conversare con il signor Trevisiol. Il responsabile alla carrozzeria è stato molto cortese e ha risposte ai miei quesiti in modo professionale.
Conclusione: lavoro anche io con il pubblico tutto il giorno e secondo me al cliente va dato un servizio professionale e celere (per quanto possibile). Cosa che non ho trovato alla mia prima esperienza in Peressini. Spero di potermi ricredere alla prossima occasione.
Not positive first after-sales experience. I recently bought my Volkswagen and unfortunately they have already marked it for me. I go to the dealership to understand what I can do since I have taken out additional insurance compared to classic car liability. I arrive at the reception and Mr. Trevisiol welcomes me and tells me that I have to wait for the body shop manager. He warns me that I have to wait 10 minutes, so I wait inside the showroom. After 30 minutes he comes to me and tells me that I can take the car to the outside corridor so that I can have the car viewed. So I wait outside seeing Mr. Trevisiol pass over and over again without receiving any sign of "now we are coming". Another 30 minutes pass. I waited patiently, but after 1 hour I wanted to contact someone else who immediately called the body shop manager, whom I had seen several times passing by and conversing with Mr. Trevisiol. The body shop manager was very courteous and answered my questions in a professional way.
Conclusion: I also work with the public all day and in my opinion the customer should be given a professional and fast service (as far as possible). Which I did not find in my first experience in Peressini. I hope I can change my mind at the next opportunity.
