P	Pi Zeta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMA ESPERIENZA. Ho acquistato 3 specchi che, dopo poco, hanno presentato evidenti infiltrazioni d'acqua. Ho prontamente inviato la segnalazione di difettosità via email, non ricevendo alcuna risposta. Presentandomi di persona, il tecnico, visionando uno dei tre specchi, lo ha prontamente sostituito, riconoscendone il difetto e riservandosi di rispondermi per gli altri 2 rimanenti (con lo stesso difetto). Da 6 MESI tutto tace, non ho avuto alcun riscontro, nonostante i miei solleciti telefonici. Ripresentandomi di persona, mi viene detto che il loro fornitore non riconosce il difetto e che il titolare si é anche arrabbiato con il tecnico per la sostituzione "non autorizzata" dello specchio difettoso. Detto questo, mi chiedo come un'azienda che si pone in questo modo verso il mercato, possa esistere ancora nel 2018. Chi vivrà, vedrà. WORST EXPERIENCE. I purchased 3 mirrors which, after a while, showed evident water infiltrations. I promptly sent the defect report via email, not receiving any response. Presenting me in person, the technician, viewing one of the three mirrors, promptly replaced it, recognizing the defect and reserving the right to answer me for the other 2 remaining (with the same defect). For 6 MONTHS everything is silent, I have not had any response, despite my telephone reminders. By presenting myself in person, I am told that their supplier does not recognize the defect and that the owner has also become angry with the technician for the "unauthorized" replacement of the defective mirror. Having said that, I wonder how a company that stands in this way towards the market can still exist in 2018. Who will live will see.
