★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto modo di parlare con loro prima di acquistare la mia nuova EPace presso Autoserenissima.
Mi sono interfacciato telefonicamente con Andrea, che prima - svogliatamente - mi ha chiesto di mandargli la configurazione dell’auto che cercavo, poi - dopo due miei solleciti - mi ha mandato il prezzo, senza aggiungere altro…
Se avessi fatto da solo avrei fatto prima e meglio!
Quando poi gli ho scritto che la mia ricerca dell’auto era urgente, non si è neppure degnato di rispondere…
Ha poi avuto il coraggio, dopo il mio feedback negativo, di mandarmi una mail con fare arrogante,chiedendo quasi conto del mio giudizio.
Gli ho detto, cercando di farglielo capire,che aveva avuto un feedback negativo e che doveva accettarlo…
Ci sarò riuscito??

He then had the courage, after my negative feedback, to send me an arrogant email, almost asking for my opinion.
I told him, trying to make him understand, that he had had a negative feedback and that he had to accept it ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affidabilità, gentilezza e accuratezza sono i 3 primi aggettivi che mi vengono in mente per recensire questa concessionaria.
Premetto che non sono della zona, anzi mi sono fatto quasi 3 ore di treno per raggungerli (ma vetture come la cercavo io non ce ne sono tante, e km/anno/prezzo mi sembrava un buon affare).
Arrivato alla stazione di Pordenone mi sono venuti a prendere e mi hanno portato al salone.
La macchina in questione era come avevo visto dalle loro inserzioni, anzi se devo essere sincero anche meglio di quello che pensavo.
Complimenti allo staff, soprattutto ad Ilaria che si è presa cura di me sia telefonicamente che in salone.

Reliability, kindness and accuracy are the first 3 adjectives that come to my mind when reviewing this dealership.
I state that I am not from the area, on the contrary I took almost 3 hours by train to reach them (but there aren't many cars like I was looking for, and km / year / price seemed like a good deal).
When I arrived at Pordenone station, they picked me up and took me to the salon.
The machine in question was as I had seen from their advertisements, indeed if I have to be honest even better than I thought.
Congratulations to the staff, especially to Ilaria who took care of me both by phone and in the salon.

Li metto tutti sotto stress con domande e richieste, l'unica a resistere e supportarmi fino alla fine è Ilaria di AUTOPIU', mi convinto così a comprare la mia nuova Ford Kuga affrontando in viaggio di 700km.

I put them all under stress with questions and requests, the only one to resist and support me until the end is Ilaria from AUTOPIU ', so I convinced myself to buy my new Ford Kuga facing a 700km journey.
