Ritengo doveroso scrivere la mia piu' totale delusione nei confronti del personale , soprattutto per come sono stato assalito verbalmente per qualcosa che avevo anche ragione, e comunque anche se avessi avuto torto non si aggrediscono cosi' i clienti.
Detto questo in questo negozio non mi vedranno piu' e con me altre tre persone quindi in un colpo hanno perso quattro clienti fedeli.

I consider it only right to write my utter disappointment towards the staff, especially for how I was verbally assaulted for something that I was also right, and in any case even if I was wrong they do not attack customers in this way.
Having said that in this shop they will not see me again and three other people with me so in one fell swoop they lost four loyal customers.
