B	Benedetta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale di vendita è gentile (anche se per nulla solerte) e gli aspetti positivi finiscono qui. Ho riscontrato una totale mancanza di comunicazione tra il negozio ed il servizio di trasporto e montaggio che mi ha causato non pochi disservizi, inoltre il materiale difettoso mi è stato sostituito dopo più di un mese, a seguito di numerosi solleciti... ho ristrutturato completamente casa quindi ho avuto a che fare con parecchi professionisti, questa è stata di sicuro l'esperienza peggiore. The sales staff is friendly (although not at all diligent) and the positive aspects end there. I found a total lack of communication between the store and the transport and assembly service that caused me not a few disruptions, moreover the defective material was replaced after more than a month, following numerous reminders ... I completely restructured home so i had to deal with several professionals, this was certainly the worst experience.

Inoltre consiglierei per quanto riguarda la parte amministrativa un po' più di elasticità nell'accettare i pagamenti senza pretendere la perfetta coincidenza della data di emissione di un assegno con la data della consegna.... ricordo che sono gli assegni post datati a non essere legalmente validi, non gli assegni che riportano date antecedenti la consegna. Così facendo mettete in seria difficoltà i clienti, specialmente quelli che fanno ordini per persone disabili. The staff in the store is really kind and helpful and the product satisfactory ... unfortunately delivery times are not as precise and punctual. I would also recommend as regards the administrative part a little more elasticity in accepting payments without demanding the perfect coincidence of the date of issue of a check with the date of delivery .... remember that post dated checks are not legally valid, not checks that show dates prior to delivery. Doing so puts customers in serious trouble, especially those who place orders for disabled people.

Una si è alzata e alla mia richiesta di un materasso da una piazza e mezza 1.20x1.90.mi ha detto che vengono solo fatti su misura e mi ha praticamente messo alla porta. There were 2 orders. One got up and at my request for a queen size mattress 1.20x1.90. She told me that they are only made to measure and she practically put me at the door.

Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano numerosi posti auto e moto che permettono ai clienti di posteggiare I veicoli agevolmente. L'interno del locale è molto ampio ed organizzato per accogliere letti matrimoniali completi di reti, materassi e cuscini. Il personale presente è molto cordiale e molto disponibile oltreché professionalmente molto preparato. Abbiamo provato alcuni materassi coricandoci sopra per svariati minuti. Abbiamo trovato quello che faceva al caso nostro ad un prezzo giusto. Il materasso è stato spedito dalla ditta alla data convenuta. Oltre al materasso abbiamo acquistato due guanciali molto morbidi. È stata una piacevole sorpresa. Se avremo in futuro analoghe necessità contatteremo nuovamente il negozio Per Dormire. We went to the Per Dormire shop to buy a double mattress. The property is located inside the Savona shopping center. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous parking spaces for cars and motorcycles that allow customers to park their vehicles easily. The interior of the room is very large and organized to accommodate double beds complete with networks, mattresses and pillows. The staff present is very friendly and very helpful as well as professionally very prepared. We tried some mattresses by lying on them for several minutes. We found what was right for us at a fair price. The mattress was shipped by the company on the agreed date. In addition to the mattress, we bought two very soft pillows. It was a pleasant surprise. If we have similar needs in the future, we will contact the Per Dormire shop again.

Ho visionato diversi materassi con un addetta alle vendite che senza mostrarmi le diverse opzioni mi ha proposto subito prodotti carissimi facendo un preventivo di oltre 2500 euro gia scontato x un materasso e un letto contenitore. Dopo che ho espresso il riservo di pensarci c'e stato un'isistenza ripetuta nel voler far partire l'acquisto che non mi è piaciuto x niente,anzi mi ha indisposto e dopo piu di mezz'ora di insistenza da parte della venditrice finalmente sono andata via con la consapevolezza di non tornarci mai più. X ciò che mi riguarda esperienza pessima x cui la sconsiglio I went to the shop located in the "le officine" shopping center in Savona. C	Cesare on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 26 Giugno ho acquistato una rete presso il negozio Perdormire di Savona, richiedendo la consegna a casa (a 500 metri dal negozio) e saldando il tutto subito (costo rete + 35€ per la consegna). La rete era disponibile in negozio ma ci viene riferito che le consegne vengono gestite da Torino e che riceveremo informazioni nei giorni seguenti. Veniamo quindi contattati per una consegna il 3 Luglio. Il 2 Luglio veniamo ricontattati per spostare la consegna al 10 Luglio, visto che non erano previste altre consegne su Savona. Accettiamo, ma l'8 Luglio veniamo ricontattati nuovamente perchè la consegna non potrà essere effettuata neanche il 10, dato che, di nuovo, non erano previste altre consegne su Savona. Contattiamo il negozio dove ci viene risposto che dobbiamo contattare il Call Center, visto che "loro sono solo impiegate e non possono fare nulla". Contattiamo il Call Center e chiediamo una data di consegna certa, ma ci viene risposto che "per contratto" loro hanno 60 giorni di tempo per effettuare la consegna e quindi ci ricontatteranno quando avranno una data di consegna su Savona, entro 60 giorni. Chiediamo quindi di poter recedere dal contratto (ad oggi sono 19 giorni che siamo senza rete del letto) ma ci viene detto che non è possibile. Continuiamo ad attendere ma, per ora, nessuna novità. A Savona ci sono altri negozi che offrono un servizio decisamente migliore: affidatevi a loro e lasciate perdere Perdormire. On June 26th I bought a net at the Perdormire store in Savona, requesting delivery at home (500 meters from the store) and paying everything immediately (network cost + 35 € for delivery). The network was available in the shop but we are told that deliveries are handled from Turin and that we will receive information in the following days. We are then contacted for a delivery on July 3rd. On July 2nd we are contacted to move the delivery to July 10th, since no other deliveries were planned in Savona. We accept, but on July 8th we will be contacted again because the delivery cannot be made even on the 10th, since, again, no other deliveries were planned in Savona. We contact the shop where we are told that we must contact the Call Center, since "they are only employees and can not do anything". We contact the Call Center and ask for a certain delivery date, but we are told that "by contract" they have 60 days to make the delivery and then they will contact us when they have a delivery date in Savona, within 60 days. We therefore ask to be able to withdraw from the contract (to date we have been without a bed base for 19 days) but we are told that it is not possible. We continue to wait but, for now, no news. In Savona there are other shops that offer a much better service: trust them and forget about Perdormire.

Come ci siamo pentiti di aver acquistato li menomale che almeno il letto lo abbiamo acquistato in un altro negozio e almeno quello è arrivato. Un consiglio non comprate da per dormire
