Orario dell’appuntamento (confermato da un sms) non rispettato pur avendo avvertito che saremmo dovuti essere liberi a una certa ora a causa di una visita medica importante. A causa del ritardo siamo stati costretti ad andarcene senza avere effettuato la visita dal dottore. A recensione negativa, anziché le scuse, riceviamo una risposta falsa dicendo che l’appuntamento con il dottore era più tardi e che ce ne siamo andati via in anticipo. Comportamento inqualificabile. Ho messo una stella perché meno non si può mettere.
