Inoltre, alla consegna del materiale (che preciso essere arrivato nei tempi stabiliti), ho dovuto scaricare da sola le piastrelle perché il furgone non arrivava vicino casa e il corriere era sprovvisto di muletto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commessi scontrosi e per nulla collaborativi. Il cliente deve scegliere da solo ma è facile vista l' esposizione ben collocata e descritta. Le piastrelle che ho acquistato sono ottime e il prezzo è imbattibile e penso sia dovuto alla vendita diretta. Unico problema è che alla consegna bisogna aprire i colli e controllare le piastrelle ma si fa presto: io ne ho controllati mq 70 in tre ore e ne ho riscontrate rotte e/o sbreccate mq 1 comunque trattenute e utilizzate. La ditta le reintegra gratis in pochi giorni e il piastrellista non perde ore di lavoro perché quelle rotte dovrebbero fare parte della " scorta ". Il costo delle ore perse a controllare le piastrelle è ampiamente compensato dal notevole risparmio. Acquisto consigliato.

The only problem is that on delivery you have to open the packages and check the tiles but it is quick: I checked 70 square meters in three hours and found broken and / or chipped 1 square meters, however retained and used. The company reintegrates them for free in a few days and the tiler does not lose hours of work because those routes should be part of the "escort". The cost of the hours lost in checking the tiles is largely offset by the considerable savings. Recommended purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella è anche troppa, due persone maleducatissime, il dirigente dovrebbe imparare a stare al mondo, maleducato e cafone a dir poco. Ho ordinato dei pacchi di piastrelle, per rifare il pavimento della cucina, avevo ordinato un pacco più per averlo di scorta per ogni evenienza. Peccato che io non abbia il pacco di scorta, visto che le piastrelle all'interno erano completamente rotte, tutte rotte. Mando un'email ma nulla, allora mio padre va in negozio per avere un cambio, ma non c'è stato verso, il tizio alto e l'altro basso con gli occhiali sono stati semplicemente dei cafoni. Alla fine mi sono dovuta tenere il pacco di piastrelle completamente rotte e non ho avuto il reso,perché la ragione vogliono averla loro. Non andate lì sono sei cafoni e il materiale non è così buono.
PS sono andata da Leroy merlin a genova, ho trovato le stesse piastrelle,ho raccontato l'accaduto e sono stati super gentilissimi, ah costano anche meno..... Da iperceramica prima imparate l'educazione e poi magari potete lavorare con il pubblico.

I ordered some packs of tiles, to redo the kitchen floor, I had ordered one more pack to have it as a spare just in case. Too bad I don't have the spare package, as the tiles inside were completely broken, all broken. I send an email but nothing, then my father goes to the shop to have a change, but there was no way, the tall guy and the other short guy with glasses were just peasants. In the end I had to keep the package of completely broken tiles and I didn't get the return, because the reason they want to have it. Don't go there they are six peasants and the material is not that good.
PS I went to Leroy Merlin in Genoa, I found the same tiles, I told what happened and they were super very kind, ah they cost even less ..... From iperceramica you first learn the education and then maybe you can work with the public .

Metto una stella perché non c'è la scelta zero. Nel negozio di Savona personale inqualificabile, oltremodo maleducato. Quando il 18 luglio siamo stati pesantemente insultati e cacciati dal negozio, dopo aver protestato per non essere stati avvisati del posticipo di un mese della consegna dei pavimenti acquistati e pagati il mese prima, abbiamo chiamato le Forze dell'Ordine. Siamo stati rimborsati, forse perché è intervenuta la polizia, ma mai ci era successo di trovare un addetto così aggressivo e maleducato.
La peggiore esperienza di acquisto della nostra vita.
The worst possible experience.
I put a star because there is no zero choice. In the shop in Savona, unqualified staff, extremely rude. When on 18 July we were heavily insulted and kicked out of the shop, after having protested that we had not been notified of the postponement of one month for the delivery of the floors purchased and paid for the month before, we called the Police. We were reimbursed, perhaps because the police intervened, but never before have we found such an aggressive and rude officer.
The worst shopping experience of our life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima.ricevimento merce concordato per venerdì 17/09/2021 .contattata dal corriere che per problemi logistici era impossibilitato a rispettare il giorno di consegna.concordato nuovo appuntamento per ieri pomeriggio 20/09/2021 nessun contatto nessuna consegna..ho aperto segnalazioni chiamato il punto vendita di Savona che non risponde MAI al telefono.la risposta è sempre la stessa stiamo cercando di capire la ricontattiamo noi.risultato lavori di ristrutturazione fermi.arredamento in consegna per la settimana prossima e a vedere dalle recensioni precedenti non ho molte speranze di avere ultimato i lavori.procedero legalmente.sconsiglio.
