Non combaciando i miei orari lavorativi con quelli del negozio ho potuto fare l'ordine per telefono senza che mi fosse richiesta caparra, ed una volta disponibile il materasso mi hanno fatto la consegna a domicilio il giorno concordato. Ho pagato a chi ha effettuato la consegna e mi hanno portato via il materasso vecchio da smaltire. I bought a mattress in this shop and the service and courtesy were excellent. Not matching my working hours with those of the shop, I was able to place the order by phone without requiring a deposit, and once the mattress was available they made me home delivery on the agreed day. I paid to whoever made the delivery and they took away the old mattress to dispose of.

La Sig.ra Brunella è stata molto gentile e disponibile e nel totale rispetto delle norme anti covid (cosa assolutamente non scontata) mi ha permesso di "provare" vari materassi e di trovare quello più adatto a me, spiegandomi in modo chiaro e semplice le varie caratteristiche di ciascuno. È stato possibile fare l ordine telefonicamente senza dover versare alcun anticipo. Tempi di consegna super veloci. Assolutamente soddisfatta. Assolutamente consigliato. Grazie. Ms. Brunella was very kind and helpful and in total compliance with the anti-covid rules (which is absolutely not obvious) she allowed me to "try" various mattresses and find the most suitable one for me, explaining in a clear and simple way the various characteristics of each. Sono entrato in questo negozio per acquistare un materasso, ho trovato un persona che mi ha fatto alcune domande su come dormo e se ho problemi di schiena o quant'altro, spiegato i miei problemi, mi ha consigliato un materasso e una doga, ho seguito il suo consiglio e acauistato sia il materasso che le doghe, dopo qualche notte non credevo hai bei risultati di quel materasso, da tre mesi dormo come un principe e non ho più problemi di schiena, soldi ben spesi contento di avervi conosciuto grazie Reliability and competence of top products.
