β β β β β Very welcoming and helpful staff. We were on vacation and had an accident that required replacing a wheel rim. Due to prolonged procedures with insurer/assistance, we were forced to stay the whole day on the premises (we're a couple with a 3yo). We were welcomed to use the facilities, offered food and drinks, and the technical issue was resolved as soon as possible. Pricewise - they're authorized Volvo service, so not the cheapest, but absolutely no unnecessary costs. Cheers to Christina and Stefano! Grazie!

β β β β β Fantastic Volvo service. We are on our roadtrip from Finland to Sicily and found ourself in cartrouble at Tuscany. Service manager Stefano gave us great help and service spoke great english and his technicans (Alexcandro?) were great problem solvers outside of the box. Great work.

β β β β β VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE. I had my lotus serviced there, and I was supposed to only pay for oil and materials; no service charge. I was charged 38β¬+ VAT for each liter of a normal Castrol that can be bought on other partners or on-line for about 10/12β¬/L. I feel like I've been ripped off, completely disturbing event. When I asked at least for a discount they told me about close-to-zero margin when it comes about oil, and applied a humiliating 10%. In a world where customer services should be the basic I strongly believe I will never get back there for any trouble at my car. I would have prefered being charged for their professionalism or unique services rather then paying 4times the same oil bottle. EXPERIENCE TO BE REMEMBERED so not to get any close anymore.
