Grandissima competenza della signora Marilena, che ricordo con affetto, e che mi ha permesso, con la vendita della casa, l’acquisto di un’altra più spaziosa e adatta alle nostre esigenze.
Negli ultimi anni ho avuto modo di avvalermi più volte dei loro servizi per l’affittanza di un piccolo attico al centro dell’Eur a Roma, fornendomi in aggiunta idonee indicazioni di interior design per rendere ancora più attrattivo l’appartamento.
Posso dire di aver trovato nella Penthouse immobiliare esattamente ciò che cercavo, uno staff competente, affidabile e cortese, estremamente disponibile a venire prontamente incontro a tutte le mie esigenze, che ogni volta ha portato a termine, con successo, l’incarico in tempi brevissimi.

 I have known Penthouse Immobiliare for over 20 years to which I contacted for the first time for the sale of my first home. Great expertise of Mrs. Marilena, whom I remember fondly, and who allowed me, with the sale of the house, to purchase another one that is more spacious and suited to our needs.
In recent years I have had the opportunity to use their services several times for the rent of a small penthouse in the center of EUR in Rome, additionally providing me with suitable interior design indications to make the apartment even more attractive.
I can say that I found exactly what I was looking for in the real estate Penthouse, a competent, reliable and courteous staff, extremely available to promptly meet all my needs, who each time successfully completed the assignment in a very short time. .
