★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sull'assortimento delle marche e sulla bellezza del pumto vendita, nulla da ridire. Sul personale... direi migliorabile. Se in un giorno infrasettimanale, con negozio semivuoto e due commesse alle casse, chiedo una confezione regalo, mi aspetto che il capo acquistato venga introdotto nella confezione regalo, e non che la commessa, con aria palesemente scocciata, mi butti la confezione regalo nel sacchetto lasciando a me l'onere di confezionarlo!
 Nothing to complain about the assortment of brands and the beauty of the sales pitch. On the staff ... I would say improvable. If on a midweek day, with the shop half empty and two shop assistants at the checkout, I ask for a gift box, I expect the item purchased to be placed in the gift box, and not that the shop assistant, with a clearly annoyed air, throws the gift box into the bag leaving me the burden of packing it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ringrazio ancora la Sig.ra Daniela per la gentilezza e professionalità per come ci ha seguito e consigliato durante l'acquisto. Peccato non poter dire lo stesso dal servizio ricevuto in cassa. Avendo visto come gli abiti appena acquistati sono stati mal riposti nel sacchetto, ci siamo appartati a ripiegarli meglio, nel mentre la ragazza ci ha chiesto se qualcosa non andasse, la nostra risposta, detta in maniera gentile, é stata che dopo aver speso certe cifre ci aspettavamo servizio in cassa più accurato, ma la ragazza non solo non si é scusata ma ci ha risposto che lei fa la cassiera e non l'addetta alla piegatura. No comment.
