★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se solo sapessero quanto lo "stalking" delle commesse possa allontanare i clienti... Ho scelto un altro punto vendita poichè qui (non con tutte le commesse ma in particolare con 2-3) non mi sentivo a mio agio. State troppo addosso, il cliente lo fate scappare... Il brand è un buon brand sicuramente ma dovrebbe formare in modo diverso il personale.
 If only they knew how much the "stalking" of the orders can drive away customers ... I chose another store because here (not with all the orders but in particular with 2-3) I did not feel at ease. You are too tight, you let the customer escape ... The brand is certainly a good brand but it should train the staff in a different way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata due volte in questo negozio, che trovo ben fornito e dall'atmosfera piacevole, la prima volta la commessa che mi ha seguito mi ha suggerito di memorizzare il numero di cellulare aziendale, così da "prenotarmi" il suo servizio qualora avessi avuto necessità di tornare. Sono tornata ieri, anche per usufruire di un buono sconto, ma non mi sono "prenotata", arrivata lì mi ha seguito una commessa giovane e disponibile, l'altra appena mi ha vista, mi ha fatto notare che lei era impegnata e ha mantenuto un atteggiamento scostante ed antipatico per tutta la mia permanenza in negozio...pazienza sceglierò un altro punto vendita! Bye bye
