Ho acquistato un cappottino nero il 27/10 tardo pomeriggio e oggi sono tornata per una sciarpa avvolgente. Ho trovato la stessa commessa, una signora curata e molto pacata ed elegante nei modi, precisa nel controllo dei dettagli del capo che ho acquistato.
Mi sono sentita coccolata e doppiamente soddisfatta del mio acquisto. Complimenti e grazie.
Very cozy shop, tidy with a lot of choice for every taste. Excellent value for money. I bought a black coat late afternoon 10/27 and came back today for a wrap scarf. I found the same saleswoman, a well-kept lady, very calm and elegant in her manner, precise in checking the details of the garment I purchased.
I felt pampered and doubly satisfied with my purchase. Congratulations and thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi sono andata con mia madre ad acquistare un abito da cerimonia e ho trovato una commessa con una gentilezza e una disponibilità davvero straordinarie... Avendo io particolari problemi di salute, lei si è fatta in quattro nell'aiutarmi a trovare la soluzione migliore che mi piacesse molto. A casa l'ho riprovato e sono davvero soddisfatta! Purtroppo non conosco il nome della commessa ma la ringrazio ancora davvero tanto!
Today I went with my mother to buy a wedding dress and I found a saleswoman with a truly extraordinary kindness and availability ... Having particular health problems, she went out of her way to help me find the best solution. I liked it very much. At home I tried it again and I'm really satisfied! Unfortunately I don't know the name of the saleswoman but I still thank her very much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel negozio e vestiti davvero eleganti. Peccato il personale, fa passare la voglia di acquistare qualsiasi cosa. Ho trovato il vestito dei miei sogni, purtroppo esposto c’era solo la taglia XS, chiedo alla commessa (che era al telefono con un’amica) se ci fossero altre taglie e mi risponde di no. Dopo aver provato altri vestiti, mi raggiunge la stessa commessa (sempre al telefono con l’amica a parlare di rossetti e whatsapp) mi porta la taglia M di un altro vestito non richiesto (si, dello stesso colore ma un altro modello) lo poso e lei mi guarda senza dire nulla. Rispondo che non ero interessata a quel modello lei (SEMPRE AL TELEFONO) mi dice che può andare nel magazzino a controllare in altre scatole se ci fosse la taglia e il vestito da me richiesto una volta che stavo per uscire dal negozio. NO GRAZIE!!!!!!!
Nice shop and really stylish clothes. Too bad the staff, it makes you want to buy anything. I found the dress of my dreams, unfortunately there was only size XS on display, I ask the saleswoman (who was on the phone with a friend) if there were other sizes and she answered no. After trying other clothes, the same saleswoman joins me (always on the phone with her friend talking about lipsticks and whatsapp) brings me the size M of another unsolicited dress (yes, of the same color but another model) and she looks at me without saying anything. I reply that I was not interested in that model. She (ALWAYS ON THE PHONE) tells me that she can go to the warehouse to check in other boxes if there was the size and the dress I requested once I was about to leave the shop. NO THANK YOU!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato perché i vestiti sono belli, ma il personale davvero scortese e maleducato. Ho chiesto aiuto a ben 3 persone diverse per sapere se ci fosse una taglia di una giacchetta (l'avrei comprata al 100% perché avendola già di un altro colore sapevo sarebbe andata bene). Da tutti e 3 ho ricevuto risposte scortesi, sono stata totalmente ignorata.
Sono una cliente fissa da anni e anni, compro spessissimo lì, anche altre volte il trattamento non era stato dei migliori ma questa volta hanno davvero esagerato. Non tornerò più!
E pensare che la sera prima ero andata, avevo provato alcuni capi (giacchetta compresa) e alla fine avevo acquistato un vestito anche costoso. In quell'occasione mi era stato detto che di tutti i vestiti avevano il capo nuovo in magazzino. Torno il giorno dopo per comprare la giacchetta e neanche si degnano non solo di andare a controllare, ma neppure di ascoltarmi. Senza parole, cliente persa e giacchetta comprata in un altro negozio.
Too bad because the clothes are nice, but the staff really rude and rude. I asked 3 different people for help to find out if there was a size of a jacket (I would have bought it 100% because I already knew it would be fine). From all 3 I got rude replies, I was totally ignored.
I have been a regular customer for years and years, I buy very often there, even other times the treatment was not the best but this time they really exaggerated. I will never go back!
And to think that the night before I had gone, I had tried some items (including jacket) and in the end I had bought an expensive dress. On that occasion I was told that of all the clothes they had the new garment in stock. I come back the next day to buy the jacket and they don't even deign not only to go and check, but not even to listen to me. Speechless, lost customer and jacket bought in another store.

Capi bellissimi e di buon tessuto / negozio super ordinato e finalmente suddivisi per colore e modelli in modo da riuscire a vedere tutto.
Commessa molto disponibile ma mai invadente che lascia guardare e toccare senza mai stare con il fiato sul collo.
Capi eleganti e casual veramente particolari che valgono il loro prezzo.
Consigliato!!
In my opinion the best women's clothing store in the whole mall.
Beautiful garments and of good fabric / super tidy shop and finally divided by color and models in order to be able to see everything.
Very helpful but never intrusive saleswoman who lets you watch and touch without ever feeling breathless.
Very special elegant and casual items that are worth their price.
Recommended!!
