Ha risolto dei problemi difficili alle nostre biciclette e il tutto ben oltre l'orario di lavoro e con grande attenzione con grande senso di umanità. Il titolare Patrick è una persona molto capace che si fa davvero in 4 per dare il miglior servizio possibile alla sua clientela e la sua qualità oltre che affidabile è anche ad un prezzo concorrenziale. Difficilmente si può trovare un servizio così professionale e meticoloso accompagnato da grande gentilezza e disponibilità di questi tempi. La qualità del servizio è ottima e così i prodotti e il personale. Da Patrick ci sentiamo davvero tranquilli sia per gli acquisti che per l'assistenza sempre affidabile e meticolosa. Preciso e competente anche come meccanico, sa risolverti i problemi al volo. I prodotti che vende sono ottimi ma quello che mi ha colpito è che a differenza di molti negozi in Trentino dove entri e sembra che gli dai fastidio se non comperi, da lui è come parlare con un amico che ti consiglia sui tuoi bisogni veri, non quelli che potrebbe crearti visto che è molto competente. E te ne accorgi soprattutto nel tempo, che non ti ha fregato. In definitiva, promosso a pieni voti. Patrick proved himself honest and competent on all occasions when I entered his shop.
