l	laura maria Cunsolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al termine di una ristrutturazione del mio appartamento durata più di un anno, durante la quale ho avuto a che fare con decine di imprese ed artigiani, posso affermare che Climatec Systems è di gran lunga la peggiore ditta con la quale abbia avuto a che fare. 7 interventi per riuscire a far funzionare un sistema trial split (impianto già predisposto, dovevano solo collegare le macchine fornite da loro), totale mancanza di assistenza post vendita (uno degli split si è rivelato difettoso fin dalla prima messa in funzione e ci è voluto un anno affinché venisse sistemato, UN ANNO) e, ciliegina sulla torta, a causa della loro ignoranza e incompetenza non mi è stato possibile detrarre i costi per l'installazione dell'impianto. STATENE ALLA LARGA! At the end of a renovation of my apartment that lasted more than a year, during which I had to deal with dozens of companies and craftsmen, I can say that Climatec Systems is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. 7 interventions to be able to make a trial split system work (system already set up, they only had to connect the machines supplied by them), total lack of after-sales assistance (one of the splits proved to be defective from the first start-up and it took one year for it to be fixed, ONE YEAR) and, icing on the cake, due to their ignorance and incompetence it was not possible for me to deduct the costs for the installation of the system. STAY AWAY!
