I found the place on the internet by accident looking for a place with lactose-free cakes.

I would not have thought to combine chocolate with apricot jam, but the combination made for one of the best gluten free baked goods I have ever had. Everything is gluten free, desserts (also vegan options), cookies, pizza, vegetable turnovers, and more. The owner is really kind as well, please go here and make sure she can continue to bake for Rome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gluten-free vegan croissants are amazing..well worth the trip just for them! We took home several other desserts as well..all were delicious, especially a pastry made with pistachio and hazelnuts. Thank you, Anna, for a delightful treat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anna was so wonderful to work with! My sister got engaged while traveling in Europe and my family wanted to surprise her with some gluten free treats (she has celiac) to her hotel room in Rome (we're in the U.S.).
I emailed a few gluten free bakeries in Rome and Anna got right back to me! I was able to send her pictures of what we wanted and she got it all delivered to them right on time at their hotel. The little sacher torte looked beautiful and she even added a rose to the top.
Not only that, but when we at first couldn't figure out how to pay for the order from abroad (they can only do cash or pos), I said I would have to cancel it unfortunately....then Anna said she would make it anyway because we were so far away. Such a sweet gesture!!!
