Siamo arrivati alla pasticceria Gamba su consiglio del ristorante e ci siamo ritornati, nonostante i 50km di distanza, per il battesimo del nostro piccolo. Superlativo!!! Torneremo... Always up to expectations !!! And in line with the market prices of other top-notch bakeries like this one. We arrived at the Gamba patisserie on the advice of the restaurant and returned, despite the 50km away, for the baptism of our little one. Superlative !!! We'll be back...

Veramente una è fin troppo per l'assoluta mancanza di professionalità; non è possibile entrare per commissionare una torta ma essere costretti a farla come diceva il "personale" dietro il bancone...ho finito per accettare per non restare senza torta THERE IS MUCH BETTER GLUTEN FREE WHERE IT IS REALLY WORTH SPENDING YOUR MONEY IN BG !!! Can't give zero stars? Truly one is too much for the absolute lack of professionalism; it is not possible to enter to order a cake but be forced to do it as the "staff" behind the counter said ... In questa pasticceria si possono richiedere con qualche giorno di anticipo un vassoio ricco di pasticcini senza lattosio! La ragazza al bancone è molto carina e disponibile, se arrivate senza preavviso è chiedete qualcosa senza lattosio solitamente c'è sempre qualcosa, soprattutto perché anche lei stessa soffre di questa intolleranza ormai da più di 10 anni. Pertanto è molto preparata! Per qualsiasi domanda sono molto preparati e precisi in ogni risposta. I pasticcini sono ottimi, anche se senza lattosio in molti non si nota la differenza tra un pasticcino che contiene latte e uno senza. L'unica pecca in cui non sono riusciti ad accontentarmi sono i macaron in quanto non è possibile farli senza lattosio, neanche su prenotazione. Per il resto invece è tutto fantastico. Consigliatissimo! EXCELLENT ESPECIALLY FOR THOSE SUFFERING FROM FOOD INTOLERANCES! In this pastry shop you can request a tray full of lactose-free pastries a few days in advance! The girl at the counter is very nice and helpful, if you arrive unannounced and ask for something lactose-free there is usually always something, especially since she herself has been suffering from this intolerance for more than 10 years now. Therefore she is very prepared! For any question they are very prepared and precise in every answer. The pastries are excellent, even if lactose-free, many do not notice the difference between a pastry that contains milk and one without. The only flaw in which they have not been able to satisfy me are the macarons as it is not possible to make them without lactose, even on reservation. For the rest, everything is fantastic. Highly recommended!
