Personale sempre scortese e distratto, poca cura del cliente con disparità di trattamento.
Spesso al mattino si verificano errori al momento del pagamento, caffè e brioche si trasformano in cappuccio e brioche.
Di recente ho preso 1 zeppola ed 1 caffe, totale 6 euro, neanche a Milano questi prezzi. Mi sorgono molti dubbi, in ogni caso ho sempre riscontrato poca professionalità, soprattuto nella sede di Via Guidi.
Deluso ed amareggiato.

Staff always rude and inattentive, little customer care with unequal treatment.
Often errors occur in the morning at the time of payment, coffee and croissant turn into cappuccino and croissant.
I recently took 1 zeppola and 1 coffee, total 6 euros, even in Milan these prices. Many doubts arise, in any case I have always found little professionalism, especially in the headquarters in Via Guidi.
Disappointed and embittered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto modo di assaggiare una torta della pasticceria Demetrio in occasione di un compleanno. Inutile aggiungere che sono voluta andare di persona in negozio per acquistare sia dei pasticcini che una crostata. Che dire? Leggermente costoso come negozio ma ne vale assolutamente la pena: le paste sono freschissime e si sente che la qualità delle materie prime usate è decisamente elevata; la crostata, per quanto semplice sia, ha un sapore davvero unico e per nulla paragonabile alle crostate di altre pasticcerie.
Per una qualità così alta vale la pena spendere un po’ di più.
I had the opportunity to taste a cake from the Demetrio pastry shop on the occasion of a birthday. Needless to say, I wanted to go to the store in person to buy some pastries and a tart. What to say? Slightly expensive as a shop but it is absolutely worth it: the pastas are very fresh and you feel that the quality of the raw materials used is decidedly high; the tart, however simple it is, has a truly unique flavor and not at all comparable to the tarts of other pastry shops.
For such high quality it is worth spending a little more.
