C	Catone Il Recensore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maleducazione di primo ordine. Siamo entrati in questo esercizio per prendere alcuni pasticcini. Abbiamo chiesto un vassoio con 12 pasticcini. Mentre guardavamo la vetrina per sceglierli lui ha cominciato a riempirci il vassoietto di bignè. Gli abbiamo fatto notare che non volevamo solo bignè ma anche cannoncini e paste secche. Sbuffando ha svuotato il vassoio riempiendolo con bignè e cannoncini. A questo punto gli abbiamo ricordato le paste secche. Lui, sempre sbuffando, ha svuotato nuovamente il vassoio mettendoci bignè cannoncini e un altro tipo di bignè. Gli abbiamo detto che ancora aveva sbagliato e lui scocciatissimo finalmente ha aggiunto le paste secche, prendendole con le mani senza la paletta apposita e scompigliando tutti gli altri pasticcini che aveva messo in precedenza.. Contando che i pasticcini erano destinati ad alcuni amici saperli in disordine prima ancora di uscire dal negozio ci ha indispettito. Se poi aggiungiamo che il costo non era per nulla basso, che mentre ci serviva si è preso una pasta e se l’è mangiata, che alla richiesta di mettere il vassoio in un sacchetto ce lo ha lanciato sul pacchetto, l’esperienza è stata pessima. Non metteremo più piede in quel posto. Chi lavora con il pubblico deve mettere in conto che l’educazione viene prima di tutto. First-class rudeness. We entered this exercise to get some pastries. Quando abbiamo chiesto se potevamo avere della moneta di cambio per pagare il parcheggio, ci hanno detto di andare al tabaccaio a prendere il "grattino". Abbiamo ammesso di non sapere cosa fosse, e ci hanno risposto in malo modo "non ha mai parcheggiato in nessuna città italiana?" Bastava dire che non avevano moneta, invece di fare i cafoni. E non è la prima volta che hanno un atteggiamento scortese nei confronti di clienti nuovi... andate da un'altra parte, è meglio. We bought a brioche and some focaccia. Mi spiace per le esperienze fasulla se consideriamo i prezzi , dei miei due predecessori che mi lasciano veramente un dubbio enorme e vorrei fargli notare che questo mezzo deve essere un aiuto a gente che non sia solo del posto ma soprattutto per quelli di passaggio . È proprio questo atteggiamento del tutto gratuito che pone in rovina le eccellenze italiane . La GERLA veramente un buon punto BAR - pasticceria - Caffè. Quando sono in zona lo visiteró spesso. Pagato lo stesso prezzo relativo alle stesse consumazioni al banco. Con noi personale gentile e veloce. Attended only twice with friends for drinks at the table. Good coffee and dry pastry. Paid the same price for the same drinks at the counter. With us, friendly and fast staff.

Il proprietario ci ha visti entrare ma dopo dieci minuti eravamo ancora li ad aspettare. Ovviamente abbiamo imbucato la porta! Staff a little flop! Il cucchiaio era SPORCO, la brioche non era buona e caffé doppio costa di più che in l'altri bar. Sconsigliatissimo!!! NON ANDATE IN QUESTO POSTO BRUTTO! Inoltre, non mi è stato fatto nemmeno lo scontrino fiscale, che ho dovuto richiedere espressamente e che mi è stato rilasciato dopo un paio di sbuffate e con un gesto di stizza... I prodotti sono buoni ma il rapporto qualità prezzo delle colazioni è sproporzionato (soprattutto se quella degli scontrini fiscali fosse un'abitudine) mostly bad experience: the price of products (1.20 per a croissant with jam) would like the service was up, instead I was greeted in a rather friendly one and served for a superficial second.
