★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo preso qui dei pasticcini per festeggiare il cambio di reparto di mia moglie, abbiamo quindi prenotato i dolcetti il giorno prima e ritirati in comodità la mattina presto, senza occupare posto in frigo! Personale cordiale, attento e simpatico, consigliato a tutti coloro che vogliono concedersi una dolcezza!
We took some pastries here to celebrate my wife's change of department, so we booked the pastries the day before and picked up in comfort early in the morning, without taking up a place in the fridge! Friendly, attentive and nice staff, recommended for all those who want to indulge in a sweet treat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto piccolo ma accogliente con posti a sedere sia all'interno che all'esterno (anche se all'esterno danno su una via abbastanza trafficata). Le brioche sono deliziose: pasta leggerissima e ripieno abbondante. Ampia scelta di pasticcini e dolci.
Small but cozy place with both inside and outside seating (although outside facing a fairly busy street). The brioches are delicious: very light dough and abundant filling. Wide choice of pastries and sweets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per quanto provato finora, Demetrio è la migliore pasticceria di Pavia: offre un'ampia scelta di paste fresche e secche, tutte di produzione artigianale. Per quanto i pasticcini con la crema, ne viene messa una quantità notevole (per gli standard del nord). Locale grazioso, personale cortese e disponibile, prezzi nella media.
As proven so far, Demetrio is the best pastry shop in Pavia: it offers a wide choice of fresh and dry pasta, all of artisanal production. As much as the pastries with cream, a considerable amount is put in (by northern standards). Nice place, courteous and helpful staff, average prices.
