Staff is nice and friendly. The restaurant is also really good but the apartment was way too small for four persons and they have timed air conditioning and wifi. 5/10, wouldn't go back again.

We stayed at the Ca’Bianca in Istrana, Italy for 7 nights. My uncle put us up here because he didn’t have room in his home for the four of us. We had two rooms; one for our boys, one for us. The issues we had with this hotel have nothing to do with the facilities, but everything to do with the owner, his crast attitude, and the lack of service provided... where do I start? We arrived in the last week of May, the area tends to be humid (reached 100% on some days), and hot (some days over 31C, with the humidity closer to 36C). Upon arrival we asked that the air conditioning be turned on. We, and later my uncle, were told that they wouldn’t turn it on because it would cool the whole building, and other customers would complain. This was a complete lie! Every room had its own air conditioner, and the only reason that they wouldn’t turn it on had to be that they wanted to save on their energy bills. We had to threaten to leave before they would turn it on, but they turned it off during the day when we were out... when we returned the rooms were sweltering. The hot water gets turned off during the day, so if you wanted to take anything but a very cold shower before 6:00PM, you couldn’t. One of my sons get migraines and we had to leave him behind at the hotel one day. One owner, a tall man with overly dyed hair, asked what the problem was. I told him about my son’s migraines... he replied that only women get headaches... he was serious. He then started to tell me how to raise my children. I understand, coming from North America, my service expectations are higher than some, but at the other hotels I stayed at on this trip to Italy we never had a problem. At this hotel we were treated poorly, and the only recommendation I would offer is to never go there.

Very rude and unwelcoming staff. We had called the hotel informing them that we'd be late as driving from Roma to Venice . But we were shocked to see hotel closed and no one was there answer our calls and knocking thier doors for almost 2 hours at 2 am in the morning left stranded outside with our kids in scary neighborhood. Eventually one hotel staff opened the door angrily and blamed us for arriving late. We had to use Google translator English to Italian to even communicate with him.. We requested an additional hour to check out which was denied rudely. I'd not recommend this hotel to anyone.. very very rude staff.

Stay away from this place! And if you are somehow forced to sleep there make sure you leave nothing behind in your room! The staff is so rude and unfriendly I just couldn’t believe this place still exists! My boyfriend left some cloths in the closet and called to ask if anything was found, he got accused of trying to steal the cloths he left (because he could be calling different hotels and telling them he lost a golden watch, just fishing for it- yes this was really what the staff told him, not joking here). Hotel itself is from a different era when maybe the staff could still think straight. We leave abroad and we’re looking for a place to stay anytime we are in town, definitely never stepping our foot in this ridiculous place.
