★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo appena fatto un pranzo domenicale in famiglia. La qualità del cibo e del servizio è eccellente. In particolare la lasagna e la polenta taragna. Ambiente caldo e accogliente, avevamo un tavolo con vista camino in una stanza in stile di ispirazione medievale. Si entra tutti alla stessa ora e il menù è fisso.
 We just had a Sunday family lunch. The quality of the food and service is excellent. In particular the lasagna and the polenta taragna. Warm and welcoming environment, we had a table with a fireplace view in a medieval inspired style room. Everyone enters at the same time and the menu is fixed.

Vero, autentico, genuino, buono!
L'arredamento che richiama le osterie dei bei tempi, il tepore che si respira entrando ed essere accolti dal sorriso del proprietario e dello staff sempre disponibile, gentile e premuroso.
Il cibo tocca livelli altissimi di tradizione ed esecuzione, non una cosa fuori posto ad un prezzo imbattibile e un rapporto di qualità tra i migliori mai provati da tanto tempo a questa parte.
Abitassi in zona o regione, sarebbe tappa fissa una volta al mese ad ogni cambio menù.
Grazie per averci fatto passare una fantastica domenica in famiglia a casa vostra!

The decor that recalls the taverns of the good times, the warmth that you breathe when you enter and be greeted by the smile of the owner and the staff always available, kind and caring.
The food reaches very high levels of tradition and execution, not something out of place at an unbeatable price and a quality ratio among the best ever tried in a long time.
If you live in an area or region, it would be a fixed stop once a month at each menu change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A surprising restaurant in a tiny village that I long to visit again since I stepped out, when finished my dinner. MANGIA E TAS is peculiar as you not choose your dishes, but follow the suggested menu, which is generally made by 2-3 entries, 2 first courses, 2 second courses and a selection of dessert. Of course, if you have any dietary issues, they can prepare something simple as an alternative, but in general, if you are on a diet this is not the place for you. It was winter, therefore we had a selection of cheese and salumi, followed by risotto and pasta. Then, I had polenta with sausage, and then a tender sliced veal. Remember to save some space for the delicious dessert. Wide selection of wines, and good coffee. The personnel, orchestrated by the owner's family, is so kind.

Food is generally good quality and large portions.
Price is reasonable for the place and the food.
Staff is friendly.
