È disponibile una grande gamma di accessori e prodotti di consumo (carbone, pelle, salse e rub). Vengono organizzati anche corsi per chi inizia e per chi è più pratico nell'uso del bbq. Il personale conosce approfonditamente i prodotti e sa dare indicazioni appropriate alle esigenze. He is my point of reference for everything related to bbq. The shop is well stocked with brands from all over the world. A large range of accessories and consumables is available (charcoal, leather, sauces and rub). Courses are also organized for beginners and for those who are more practical in using the bbq. The staff knows the products in depth and knows how to give appropriate information to the needs.

L'acquisto è avvenuto tramite la signora Elena che ho trovato gentile e disponibile da subito sia nella presentazione del prodotto che nella spiegazione delle modalità e dei tempi della consegna. In riferimento a quest'ultima si sono dimostrati puntuali! Anche gli operatori incaricati della consegna e del montaggio sono stati molto professionali e attenti (hanno sempre indossato la mascherina... Che non è da poco oggi). Molto gentili e disponibili anche gli operatori che rispondono al telefono. Sicuramente un'azienda da consigliare. Complimenti!!! I bought a PVC house from Fiorin Arredi. The purchase was made through Mrs. Elena who I found kind and available immediately both in the presentation of the product and in the explanation of the methods and times of delivery. In reference to the latter they proved to be on time! Even the operators in charge of delivery and assembly were very professional and attentive (they always wore the mask ... which is not a small thing today). The operators who answer the phone are also very kind and helpful. Definitely a company to recommend. Compliments!!!

Hanno dimostrato estrema cortesia e disponibilità, arrivando addirittura a sostituirmi il bbq nonostante l'avessi già montato, senza alcun tipo di ulteriore costo. Non erano tenuti a farlo visto che l'errore era mio. Sono rimasto veramente piacevolmente stupito da tanta attenzione al cliente. Complimenti. I purchased a bbq on their website and mistakenly took it with natural gas instead of LPG. They showed extreme courtesy and availability, even going to replace the bbq despite having already assembled it, without any type of additional cost. They weren't required to do this since the mistake was mine. I was really pleasantly surprised by so much attention to the customer. Congratulations.
