Personale gentile, cosa rara a Milano. Very well organized and clean shop. Find everything very easily. It wasn't very crowded and I was able to shop quietly with my dog. Ovviamente andando poi successivamente sul sito mi sono accorta che il tavolino era da interno. Pessima esperienza fanno di tutto per farti acquistare e poi ti consigliano anche male. I bought an indoor coffee table that the manager advised me, after a week of leaving it outside, everyone becomes full of mold. Sono tornata recentemente,ho chiesto di questa ragazza,ma non c'era più mi e dispiaciuto un sacco. Non andrò più in quel negozio in quanto la responsabile è una persona molto maleducata,si e permessa perfino di sgridare un ragazzo in cattivo modo davanti a me. Scioccata. Hello, I've been to that shop many times just because it's always followed by the same girl, if I can't remember the name, (girl, curly, brunette) always very nice, polite, and above all kind in comparison to others. I went back recently, I asked about this girl, but she was gone and I was very sorry. I will not go to that shop anymore as the manager is a very rude person, she even took the liberty of scolding a guy in a bad way in front of me. Shocked.

I prezzi sono medio/alti. Diciamo che, ovunque ci si giri i colori ed i profumi delle fragranze o delle candele attirano attenzione. È ben organizzato, si possono anche acquistare piccoli arredi . Personale disponibile e cortese. A me personalmente piace perché ogni volta che vado prendo spunto per qualche angolo di casa da arredare o semplicemente da completare, i particolari dei dettagli di alcuni prodotti sono d'ispirazione oltre che ammirazione. Tuttavia (1) molti articoli NON presentano prezzi esposti, e personalmente trovo che sia grave in questo tipo di esercizio commerciale; e SOPRATTUTTO (2) sono stato nel weekend per effettuare un reso di un articolo comprato in precedenza in un altro punto vendita e NON è stato possibile effettuarlo perché, a detta del personale presente in cassa, pur sorridente e disponibile, solo il responsabile del negozio può mettere mano alla cassa per effettuare questa operazione, e nel weekend non lavora. Servizio pessimo, trovo che una simile (dis)organizzazione sia inaudita per un punto vendita di una catena internazionale. Nice shop, stocked, clean and tidy. However (1) many items do NOT have displayed prices, and I personally find it serious in this type of business; and ESPECIALLY (2) I went over the weekend to return an item previously bought in another store and it was NOT possible to do so because, according to the staff present at the checkout, even if smiling and available, only the store manager he can put his hand to the cashier to do this, and he doesn't work on weekends. Bad service, I find such (dis) organization unheard of for an international chain store.
