La cosa che più differenzia questo locale da un comune ristorante è la cura per il dettaglio e per la qualità della materia prima. Dal primo momento fino a quando esci sei portato ad una esperienza di emozioni e sapori. Inoltre la preparazione dello staff, la cordialità e la simpatia rendono il tutto ancora più piacevole. La nostra ultima esperienza, pur essendo pasquetta, e si sa, agli eventi è raro trovarsi veramente bene come in una qualsiasi giornata o serata… ci hanno stupiti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. In zona , fanno la differenza ! Ci troviamo talmente bene che, ad oggi, ogni settimana programmiamo la nostra cena al RIO DEL SOLE, e non rinunciamo mai. Location grande e molto bella, disposta su 2 piani, c'è anche la possibilità di mangiare all'esterno. Sicuramente consiglio di ordinare dal menu alla carta invece che dal menu fisso. Possibilità sia di carta che di menù fisso. Cucina con solide radici tradizionali e qualche buona innovazione. Sui secondi ottima mano sulle cotture a bassa temperatura della carne. Stessa cosa per le materie prime: tanto territorio e qualche scorribanda in giro per l'Italia. Porzioni giuste, servizio curato e molto veloce anche a ristorante pieno. Prezzo giusto (sulle 40 a persona con 2 piatti e dolce). Frequentabile anche per ricorrenze o festeggiamenti grazie al portico. Fuori c'è anche una area giochi per i bimbi. Ottima la carta dei vini, personale di sala preparato e cortese. Ci sono molti piatti da provare, anche pizza e panini hamburger, ed inoltre consiglio di tornare ad ogni cambio di menú, per restare entusiasti di una cena e godersela a pieno; puoi mangiare in tranquillità uscendo un po' da Milano ( per la maggior parte posti affollati, prezzi folli, porzioni scarse). Inoltre tra una portata e l'altra c'è troppa attesa: per un pranzo ci abbiamo messo quasi 4 ore. We ate the tasting menu. All very good but the portions of the first courses were really small for 5 people. Furthermore, there is too much waiting between one course and another: it took us almost 4 hours for a lunch.
