Ovviamente sono i maestri a dirti cosa è dettaglio in sè e cosa no (e quando l'ego, cioè il loro, va bene e quando, ovvero quello di altri, no). In questo c'è la radice della manipolazione, in un pensiero monolitico e guarda caso piramidale. Un pensiero prelogico che viene spacciato per translogico. La spiritualità serve soltanto a fornire "razionalità" alle proprie spinte emotive e ai più che legittimi bisogni personali che però vengono additati come totalmente secondari. Bisogni che vengono al tempo stesso stuzzicati ed incorniciati in un quadro generale che è armonico soltanto se visto "di pancia". Cioè dalla prospettiva monolitica, evidentemente rappresentata dai maestri "leader". Perciò la mediocrità dei soliti noti viene corteggiata e coltivata in vista di "altro" e "alto", per poi essere indicata come poco significativa. Si crea così un circolo chiuso dove l'unico sbocco è la ruffianeria verso i nuovi arrivati che o cedono alla negazione di un'identità o - se non cercano di mantenerla con un pò di "romanticismo" - scappano.
