Ho acquistato un trenino erroneamente non motorizzato, dopo 5 minuti che ero uscita dal negozio mi sono accorta dell'errore, ho chiesto un reso parziale. Nulla, niente reso parziale, ero vincolata a spendere 50 euro in un'unica volta senza aver chiaro cosa prendere, capisco non restituire i soldi per prassi dopo 5 minuti dall'acquisto ma non dare possibilità al cliente di tornare. Maleducati, irrispettosi e soprattutto incapaci di vendere. Non tornerò più in questo posto e lo sconsiglierò a tutti. Given an infinite sadness, they do not help customers, you cannot return toys.
