Arrivato a casa controllo lo scontrino e mi accorgo dell'errore. Torno in negozio dopo un paio di ore e il proprietario acconsente a rimborsarmi la differenza (ci mancherebbe!)... In tutto ciò proprietario e commessi si sono comportati come se mi stessero facendo un favore e non hanno pronunciato neanche una parole di scuse, al mio arrivederci nemmeno mi hanno salutato.... Lo stavo acquistando per mio figlio che era con me quel giorno e , mi sono visto consegnare il modello che era in vetrina , esposto li da molto tempo , posso affermarlo perchè era molto tempo che ogni tanto andavamo li per vedere quel modellino ed è sempre stato quello , fermo li in quella posizione . . Ho chiesto di averne uno imballato , non volevo quello in vetrina , non mi piace acquistare cose esposte e da molto tempo , mi hanno risposto che quello in vetrina al massimo ha su un po' di polvere . Fosse stato per me , solo per la risposta poco carina ,sarei andato via senza acquistare piu' niente , non 'ho fatto per non disilludere mio figlio che fremeva per avere il locomotore . Fra l'altro , una volta a casa e provato , si sono presentati dei problemi , che ho risolto io , ma che per un modellino , nuovo che costa così tanto e che al massimo doveva avere solo un po' di polvere non dovevano esserci. Personalmente non metterò più piede in quel negozio e questa recensione la meritano tutta . I went to the shop in Seregno to buy a locomotive (model railway) for about 170 euros. Personally, I will never set foot in that shop again and they deserve this review.

Ma penso ormai sia una tattica, che però non gli fa onore. Sono stato in negozio, quello dell'arredamento da giardino. Attenzione ai prezzi perché poco chiari e così ti fregano. Poi volevo mettere in guardia tutti quelli che vanno li per comprare: usano la solita tattica nel dire che sono gli ultimi pezzi e quindi bisogna sbrigarsi. Poi torni e ritrovi gli stessi articoli che sembravano in esaurimento. Mai avere fretta di comprare dice il proverbio. Aprire gli occhi! Prezzi molto alti. Cercate sempre delle alternative. Sembra che i clienti gli diano fastidio, non posso parlare si scortesia ma la gentilezza è un’altra cosa. We went for the outdoor furniture. Ritengo che il personale oltre essere preparato e competente ha un'atteggiamento molto professionale. Sempre disponibile ad aiutare e consigliare negli acquisti. Complimenti a tutti!!!!!! Abbiamo riportato il completo chiedendo che ci fosse erogato un buono per poter acquistare il completo corretto in taglia e peso al momento opportuno e la risposta è stata negativa. Da acquisto a reso non sono passati piu di 10 giorni e il capo è rimasto in una abitazione covid free. Perso un cliente e le referenze ad altri. Mai piu. Unfriendliness and little customer care: we bought a suit for the baptism, the ceremony was canceled due to covid in the family. È situata di fronte all'ingresso del negozio e vi si accede tramite un varco di accesso molto largo. All'interno del capannone sono allestiti diversi arredi per giardini privati e non, molto belli. Sulla sinistra, invece, sono presenti, in modalità più "accatastata", giochi da esterno per bambini, come gli scivoli o le casette, una varietà di panchine, portabici, elementi per riporre la differenziata, posacenere da esterni, fontane e simili. Io ero interessata ad una panchina per il mio giardino, che la mia famiglia desiderava regalarmi per il compleanno. All'interno di una buona scelta c'era proprio quella dei miei sogni: non economica, ma assolutamente ben fatta e resistente. Il personale è stato gentile e molto disponibile. On the left, on the other hand, there are, in a more "stacked" way, outdoor games for children, such as slides or houses, a variety of benches, bike racks, elements for storing differentiated items, outdoor ashtrays, fountains and the like. I was interested in a bench for my garden, which my family wanted to give me for my birthday. Within a good choice was the one of my dreams: not cheap, but absolutely well made and resistant. The staff was nice and very helpful.
