Second hand market for children excellent friendly staff. Clean and tidy place. A lot of variety of items in excellent condition, some even new with the tag never used. Prices accessible to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li porti roba, la vendono e non ti avvisano. Niente telefonate, no mail, no whatsapp, no sms. Chiedi spiegazioni, dicono che lo hanno con un sistema automatico da 16 anni ma non ti danno evidenze/conferme. Inoltre vogliono 0.80€/anno per accedere ad un loro portale per vedere lo stato della vendita quando, al di là della somma irrisoria, basterebbe che "controllassero" il loro decennale sistema automatico o, passato qualche mese, chiamare visto che generalizzando la mail potrebbe finire nello spam. Fortunatamente in zona ci sono altri mercatini (a quanto pare usato dagli stessi...) a cui ho portato oggetti che non uso più (ah si, niente quota... ma anche se ci fosse, basta che continuiono ad avvisare della vendita avvenuta anche solo via mail...).
PS: a seguito di questa recensione, scopro che uno dei vecchi giochi di mia figlia è stato venduto il 13 Dicembre (consegnato a Nov). Dopo 2 mesi, se non gli avessi contattati io, nessuna mail ricevuta della vendita o del nuovo sistema (neanche nello SPAM...).
PSS: a me non interessa il male di nessuno (figuriamoci verso un piccolo mercatino dell'usato...) ma evidentemente se hanno aggiunto il sistema di 80c qualcosa è successo... chiaramente gli auguro di risolvere i problemi di "comunicazione" evidenziati anche nella loro risposta.
You bring them stuff, they sell it and they don't warn you. No phone calls, no mail, no whatsapp, no sms. Ask for explanations, they say they have had it with an automatic system for 16 years but they don't give you evidence / confirmation. They also want € 0.80 / year to access their portal to see the status of the sale when, beyond the negligible sum, it would be enough for them to "check" their ten-year automatic system or, after a few months, call since generalizing the email could end up in spam. Fortunately in the area there are other markets (apparently used by the same ...) to which I have brought objects that I no longer use (ah yes, no quota ... but even if there were, they just continue to warn of the sale. even just by email ...).
PS: Following this review, I find that one of my daughter's old games was sold on December 13th (delivered Nov). After 2 months, if I hadn't contacted them, no email received from the sale or the new system (not even in SPAM ...).
PSS: I am not interested in anyone's evil (let alone towards a small flea market ...) but obviously if they added the 80c system something happened ... clearly I wish them to solve the highlighted "communication" problems even in their response.
