Insomma, quando il personale è maleducato direttamente e indirettamente con il cliente e sopratutto quando tale maleducazione si ripeta ogni volta che si entri dentro tale disagio mi porta a dover cambiare la compagnia di assicurazione magari trovandone una con personale cordiale e professionale.
