E venuto due volte in due anni a per due volte a suo parere avrei dovuto spendere un patrimonio La seconda volta senza controllare mi ha fatto Pagare la manodopera ( poi resa ) abilissimo nell' applicare il massimo di listino. E altrettanto abile nel non controllare il mio. Contratto Per non sbagliare cambia tutto Io avrei dovuto spendere massimo 20 euro Ne ha voluti 195 !!!!!! Recentemente ho chiamato alle 12 segnalando un problema al riscaldamento, e alle 14.30 il SIg Testa era a casa mia; avendo intuito la natura del problema aveva già con sè il pezzo da sostituire. Magari fossero tutti così !! Very good assistance center both in scheduled maintenance and in the management of emergencies and contingencies. La vigilia di Natale, dopo aver capito il problema mi hanno consigliato di sostituirla ma, per non lasciarci al freddo durante le feste, mi hanno riparato la caldaia senza chiedere neppure il costo dell'intervento e programmando di recuperare i pezzi sostituiti quando, dopo le feste, cambieremo la caldaia. Non aggiungo altro. After negative experience with another Immergas service center, I contacted them on December 23rd for boiler failures. On Christmas Eve, after understanding the problem, they advised me to replace it but, in order not to leave us in the cold during the holidays, they repaired the boiler without even asking for the cost of the intervention and planning to recover the replaced parts when, after parties, we will change the boiler. I do not add anything else.
