★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi ha installato una nuova caldaia a condensazione con pompa di scarico. Dopo esattamente un anno la pompa di scarico dell'acqua si è rotta (18/12/2021) e nonostante telefonate, messaggi, non mi ha ancora sostituito la pompa in garanzia. Negli ultimi mesi
si nega al telefono!
Dire poco serio e poco professionale è fargli un complimento!
 He installed me a new condensing boiler with a drain pump. After exactly one year the drainage pump broke (18/12/2021) and despite phone calls, messages, I still haven't replaced the pump under warranty. In the last months
he denies himself on the phone!
To say not serious and unprofessional is to pay him a compliment!
