A	Adele Benevento on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima banca. Trattano il cliente come fosse un numero e non c'è trasparenza. Rogiatato a maggio mi sono ritrovata in tasso del 3% e non avevo il tempo per trattare perché c'era di mezzo il tribunale e il notaio già fissato. Quando ho chiesto delucidazioni mi è stato detto che il tasso è definito dalle condizioni del momento, beh, sappiamo tutti che i tassi fissi oggi sono ai minimi. Per me è scandaloso. Ho chiesto di rinegoziare per risparmiare perché mi occorre per questioni finanziarie, ovviamente mi è stato risposto che occorre almeno un anno di mutuo pagato. Non sono messa così male nella fattispecie, peró dovrebbe essere un momento in cui si aiutano i clienti. Pessima banca, cambierò quanto prima!!!! Bad bank. NB appena entrato avvisato dipendente! Non risponde nessuno al telefono per NESSUN motivo, se hai bisogno devi OBBLIGATORIAMENTE recarti sul posto e una volta lì il più delle volte c'è sempre un problema o non c'è il personale adatto. Se hai un conto elevato ti calcolano al volo,al contrario non sei degno di uno sguardo. Not at all serious. Long waits. Nobody answers the phone for NO reason, if you need you MUST go to the place and once there most of the time there is always a problem or there is no suitable staff. If you have a large account they calculate on the fly, on the contrary you are not worthy of a look.

Sono stato sia personalmente Deluso dall'incompetenza riscontrata , con richieste informative inusuali e strane . In altra situazione , testimone di atteggiamenti esageratamente scortesi e nevrotivi da parte del personale. Tali situazioni fanno dubitare di essere in una Banca . ASSURDO ma vero.. Scarsissima professionalità e incompetenza oltre che maleducati. Bad ending. They don't answer emails, they don't answer the phone. They do not resolve the practices left pending for years. Very little professionalism and incompetence as well as rude.

L'unica esperienza positiva l'ho avuta di recente con una nuova impiegata molto giovane e preparata. Do una stella perché non posso darne zero. Bad ones never answer the phone and rarely satisfy requests and needs. The only positive experience I had recently was with a very young and prepared new employee. I give a star because I can't give zero.
