Per sicurezza li chiamo al telefono e la loro risposta è lo stesso: 25 euro bicicletta con biglietto del treno di ritorno incluso. Mi presento da loro con la mia famiglia convinto di spendere in totale euro 100 peccato che non mantengono ciò che promettono. Il conto era superiore alle 160 euro. Gita saltata grazie alla loro "onestà "! Meglio se vi arrangiate portando la vostra bici e non passate da loro. Mai più un'esperienza del genere. Se avessi potuto avrei dato zero stelle anche per il modo in cui ci hanno trattato. Vettonia they advertise on the internet that the price of the bike rental with return train ticket costs 25 euros. For safety I call them on the phone and their answer is the same: 25 euro bicycle with return train ticket included. I introduce myself to them with my family convinced to spend a total of € 100 pity that they do not keep what they promise. The bill was over 160 euros. Trip skipped thanks to their "honesty"! Better if you manage to bring your bike and do not go to them. Never again such an experience. If I could have given zero stars also for the way they treated us.
g	gabriella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo noleggiato 4 bici a Malles, e consegnate a Silandro. Tutto ok.Il personale a Malles era molto cordiale e disponibile, a Silandro un po' meno. Abbiamo fatto la Card bikemobil al costo di 25.00 che comprendeva il noleggio ed il rientro in treno. Dopo circa 4 km, abbiamo avuto problemi con una bici, siamo tornati indietro e ce l'hanno cambiata senza problemi, scusandosi. We rented 4 bikes in Malles, and delivered to Silandro. Everything ok. The staff in Malles was very friendly and helpful, in Silandro a little less. We made the bikemobil Card at a cost of 25.00 which included rental and return by train. After about 4 km, we had problems with a bike, we went back and they changed it without problems, apologizing.
S	Steffi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service war gut. Alles hat Problemlos geklappt. Die ausgeliehenen Fahrräder waren solala. Der Sattel meines Citybikes war super hart (das ist doch kein Rennrad!!!) und der Lenker war sehr weit nach vorne eingestellt sodass ich kaum rangekommen bin (das konnte man bei diesem Exemplar leider auch nicht einstellen). Aber ja... so ists halt, wenn man sich irgendein Fahrrad mietet. PS: Fährt man von Mals nach Meran den Vinschgauer Radweg reichen Citybikes! ;-) (ohne Elektroantrieb) Service was good. Everything worked without any problems. The borrowed bikes were so much. The saddle of my city bike was super hard (this is not a racing bike !!!) and the handlebars were set very far forward so that I could barely get there (unfortunately you couldn't set that on this model). But yes ... that's how it is when you rent a bike. PS: If you drive the Vinschgau cycle path from Mals to Merano, city bikes are enough! ;-) (without electric drive)

Acquistando la Bikemobil card c'è anche un prezzo molto conveniente treno+bici. Yesterday he took the bicycles for the whole family in Malles and returned them to Silandro. Great service and friendly staff. By purchasing the Bikemobil card there is also a very affordable train + bike price.

Per quanto riguarda Papin, l'esperienza è stata nel complesso soddisfacente, anche se abbiamo avuto alcuni problemi di mancata comunicazione circa l'orario di chiusura dei vari punti di ritiro... I highly recommend, even for families with small children, the experience of a bicycle trip along the Val Venosta cycle path, with the option of returning by train. As for Papin, the experience was overall satisfactory, although we had some problems of failure to communicate about the closing time of the various collection points ...

Con 6€ in più a bici, è possibile utilizzare gli altri punti di deposito dislocati lungo il percorso Malles-Merano. For less than € 40 you can rent two good-quality mountain bikes, two helmets and two padlocks for the whole day. Friendly and helpful staff. With an extra € 6 per bike, you can use the other storage points located along the Malles-Merano route.
