★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great place! The only real bike shop in Bormio, if you need real mechanical assistance, parts, etc. The guy running it is knowledgable, incredibly helpful and very efficient. It says something that the other bike stores in town sent me to him. The store is at one end of the town, walking (or cycling!) distance, with parking as well, which is super helpful.
Prices are good.
HUGE recommendation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paolo and Sara’s shop is so well named - Bormio -SPOT - ON - bike shop, as it says exactly what it does ... and in Paolo and Sara you will look hard to find find two more genuine people who are passionate about cycling. The day before I flew to Milan I developed a bizarre intermittent problem with my front mech. The few bike shops I found open in Scotland said they could look at it in a week with a ten day delivery on the part from Shimano. It was the same story in Milan bike shops and other towns I tried. Not so with the big man in Bormio ... he saw I had a problem, said he would look at it ... fixed it in ten minutes with a spare off one of his top of the range hire bikes ... now that’s class! Turns out the big man was a top flight amateur sprinter before a careless driver ended his career which was fortunate for Orica - Green Edge where he worked a while as a mechanic. Paolo’s repair and tuning was perfect, the bike was so sweet as it carried me over Stelvio x 2 yesterday via Prato and the Umbrail Pass. Chapeau Paolo and Sara.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding bike shop that is run with a high level of professionalism and a true love for cycling. I highly recommend a visit to everyone visiting bormio for cycling. Paolo is a great mechanic who will go over and beyond to make your bike the best it can be. I visited the store to get a new chainring equipped which was done spontenously and very quickly. One of the best bike shops I have visited over the years across the world!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Words fail me to express my gratitude to Paolo and his team at Spot-On. This was, by far, one of the best experiences I have ever had in terms of customer experience, not only with bike service, but with everything.
I arrived early at the shop with a serious mechanical issue...and I had to face the Stelvio Granfondo the next day. Despite my concern, Paolo gave me peace of mind since the very beginning, he told me not to worry about and that he would sort it out...he inspires so much confidence!
I was impressed with the overall experience, they face each service with extreme rigor and reliability, as if each bike was their own...I even got a spare premium bike to ride while fixing mine...I also got valuable tips for my ride...What a team! Congratulations!
