l	leon zschocke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My brother and me went there because we wanted to rent e-bikes. The employee, who didn't even say hello told us that they don't have e-bikes for my height. I asked if I could see the bike to sit on it and see if it gonna fit. It was not the biggest bike but it was definitely big enough for me to ride it. I said I would like to rent it but he just said no. He did not showed me other bikes or alternatives and he didn't want to show bikes to my brother at all. He just said goodby and left. I still not know why an employee would ever treat customers like that. Perhaps we just had bad luck with the employee but it was a really disrespectful experience.
M	Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired a Colnago cx zero for five days. The service from the shop was friendly and helpful. The bike was is very good condition, breaks worked, and gears changed flawlessly, the chain was silent, but black. I would happily hire a bike from here again. ?
D	Dominic Cox on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really helpful bike shop with great mechanics. I brought my own newly made up bike from the UK and the cables were stretching into place with its first big uses. First the rear derailleur indexing was out. Popped in after doing the Stelvio on the way to hotel. Mechanic fixed it for free. The next day my front derailleur slipped and again they fixed in five minutes for free. I also needed some new speedplay cleats and they are one of the rare shops in the whole of Italy which had them Thanks to everyone in the shop and especially the great mechanic who fixed my bike
D	Daniel Zschocke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unfriendly staff! First they weren't attending us, until a guy attended us in a very bad mood. He didn't seem like he was interested to satisfy his customers. After showing us one bicycle he said goodbye and went back into the store. Never again!
E	Enda Dowling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented two road bikes for three days. Everything was hassle free and easy. The store is ideally located at the bottom of the Stelvio. The staff were helpful. I would rent from them if visiting Bormio again.

We’ve rented two road bikes for 8 days, after very demanding day one had noisy brakes so they immediately replaced them with new one. The bikes performed excellent with no trouble at all, all systems worked smoothly for another 4 hard days! We had to make some changes in our schedule & returned the bikes earlier then expected -we got full refund according to days we actually used them . The shop owner & staff gave us the feeling we are in our own neighborhood bike shop.... Highly recommend!!!! Thanks

On Saturday morning, before going up the Gavia Pass, I agreed with them that I could bring in my bike in the afternoon, and it would be ready a few hours later. Very professional and friendly assistance, excellent material/equipment and I was a very happy cyclist when I picked up my bike again, and also found some very useful assecoires in the shop. I can highly recomment this place to any visitor in Bormio and surrounding!
