★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location spettacolare immersi nella natura. I titolari, la sig.ra Monica e il sig.Franco sono due persone disponibili e genuine. Ho avuto modo di assaggiare la loro cucina a km0: OTTIMA. Mi sono sentita a casa nonostante i 300 km di distanza. Lo consiglio in quanto è possibile effettuare anche escursioni e avventure in sede o nelle vicinanze quali, rafting, trekking, go kart, fanghi, spa ecc.

 Spectacular location surrounded by nature. The owners, Ms Monica and Mr Franco are two helpful and genuine people. I got to taste their km0 cuisine: EXCELLENT. I felt at home despite the 300km distance. I recommend it as it is also possible to make excursions and adventures on site or nearby such as rafting, trekking, go karting, mud, spa etc.
I am attaching a photo of the panorama that can be admired every day at sunset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chalet per 2 consegnato in pessime condizioni. Escrementi animali sul letto, lenzuola sporche tra macchie e capelli. Bagno con capelli nel lavandino e bidet. Macchie di dentifricio nel lavabo, chiaramente non pulito.
Riferiamo tutto subito al proprietario il quale ci dice che forse ci avevano consegnato lo chalet sbagliato.
Di prendere quello accanto che era pulito. Stessa identica situazione se non peggio. Elastico con capelli sul comodino. Arriva la signora rumena delle pulizia a sciacquare il bidet con un pezza sporca e nessun detersivo.
Il proprietario non si scusa e si innervosisce dicendo che non ha tempo da perdere. Una stella solo perché hanno rimborsato il tutto. Uno schifo.
Chalet for 2 delivered in poor condition. Animal excrement on the bed, dirty sheets between stains and hair. Bathroom with hair in the sink and bidet. Toothpaste stains in the sink, clearly not clean.
We report everything immediately to the owner who tells us that perhaps they had given us the wrong chalet.
To take the next one which was clean. Same exact situation if not worse. Elastic with hair on the bedside table. The Romanian cleaning lady arrives to rinse the bidet with a dirty cloth and no detergent.
The owner doesn't apologize and gets nervous saying he has no time to waste. One star only because they refunded everything. It sucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location fatiscente, non rispecchia per niente con quella pubblicata sul sito. Chalets e verde non curati. Nulla da obiettare sul gestore gentilissimo e cordiale, potrebbe organizzarsi meglio. Peccato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con Monica e Franco sembra di stare a casa. Sono simpaticissimi e disponibilisimi.
Cucina tipica ottima, ottimi consigli e accoglienza.
Massima libertà.
Atmosfera rilassantissima, casette di legno molto caratteristiche immerse nel verde del Pollino.
Adatto a chi vuole trascorrere qualche giorno in pieno relax.
Vietato andare via senza assaggiare la carne, il vino, il formaggio e i salumi di Franco e Monica!
With Monica and Franco it feels like being at home. They are very nice and disponibilisimi.
Excellent typical cuisine, excellent advice and hospitality.
Maximum freedom.
Relaxing atmosphere, very characteristic wooden houses immersed in the green of the Pollino.
Suitable for those who want to spend a few days in complete relaxation.
It is forbidden to leave without tasting Franco and Monica's meat, wine, cheese and cured meats!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho provato a prenotare per qualche giorno con la mia famiglia... Dopo accordi telefonici e in attesa di relogarizzare la prenotazione... Dopo 1 giorno hanno disdetto tutto dicendo di aver dato la stanza ad altri... Poco professionali.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All ora molto da dire.. titolari gentilissimi.. posto nel verde. Casette di legno con cucina. Però poco pulito. Se vi adattate va benissimo.
At the moment a lot to say .. very kind owners .. place in the green. Wooden houses with kitchen. But not very clean. If you fit in, that's fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho staccato da Roma, per disintossicarmi dal caos urbano. Mi sono innamorato del Papavillage e dei titolari, volevo consigliarlo perché è confortevole, caldo, familiare e all'interno del residence c'è un ristorante che è na chicca!
