β β β β β I am beyond speechless.10 days in Rome and I swear this is where I had the worst food in my life. The OssoBuco was stinky, we also ordered a lamb plate (Cotatello dβabbacchio con carciofi ) only to turn out itβs green lamb liver (the photo of the plate untouched, doesnβt give justice and doesnβt show the real color, but I swear it was grinch-green and smelled so bad). The lamb plate wasnβt edible, so we took an arabiata pasta plate : I swear a Barilla arabiata jar is tastier.
Please donβt listen to the recommendations and avoid this place!!!!

β β β β β Good Roman Trattoria. Everything we ordered was good. Service was friendly and accommodating from the beginning till the end. Get there before 7:30pm otherwise it gets full pretty fast.

β β β β β A bit of a random find, but very happy we stumbled upon it. The food was really nice, had pasta and the carciofo alla romana as a starter, we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
The staff was very pleasant and friendly, accommodated all our requests and at the end, they gave us a small gift to remember them by. Very sweet of them

β β β β β We visited Papa Re twice in Feb 22. 9 people first time and 12 second time, so we have tested the menu pretty good.
Pastas are lovely, pizza above average but the best positions we're local foods. Iβve tried trippa and it was very good decision ?.
Service was at the highest standard despite of the crowd we made. They were very polite and helpful to find a table for such a big group without reservation (both times).
