★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am always really skeptical of new restaurants but it was really late and I was really hungry so we found this new place and gave it a try. We are a so glad we did! The experience started with the owner taking our coats and greeting us warmly with sparkling wine and focaccia. He offered us to sit and chill for a while but we were hungry and went upstairs to his modern and clean dining room. An amuse Bouche of tonnato along with fresh breadsticks and bread were a great start. Then we had two pastas— both homemade and excellent followed by the best lamb chops I’ve ever had. You could practically cut them with a fork!! We had an excellent bottle of local dolcetto for €23 and then complimentary grappa from the owner as well as dessert wine with the dessert samples. There was also a complimentary coffee mousse-like dessert and again a complimentary treat sampler plate before we left. The chef can also do pastry well which is really rare and he came out to greet us. The service and plating were also top notch. If this all sounds too good to be true, I agree it is but I swear you should give this place a try. For €88 total, it was a truly amazing experience. Thanks Niccola for helping us with the Italian menu. We hope to be back one day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PANK is a restaurant in the city center of Turino that opened two years ago. The restaurant is very nicely decorated and it looks beautiful and stylish. We ate there with a group of 8 people and most of us ate the 4 course menu. We hardly recommend this place! The waiters were very kind and helpful and their English was good!
