β β β β β Dirty disgusting menu outside at the entrance door, cold contact, too strong food flavours behind the bar, many servers acting as robots, body temperature control before the entrance, customers processed in an industrial mode, limited food options, menu on your mobile phone, biggest menu only available, prices hidden, pressure on the customer to order beverages, several big garbage boxes in front of the tables outside. The only good point is the color of the name of the restaurant, probably enough to attract the pigeons.

I called one day in advance to ask if they accept "ticket restaurant" and if they do we make reservations. The person on the phone who turned out to be the manager himself said that the accept tickets and so we made reservations for the weekend.
When we wanted to pay with the tickets the manager told us that they will not accept tickets during the weekend ( he did NOT tell us this when we called to ask and make reservation which is very unprofessional, it was as if he only wanted us to book the table)
Apart from their very disrespectful behavior, the food was not as shown in the menu. The quality of their food was much lower compared to other sushi restaurants in town. We couldn't eat all the things we ordered on the table because of its poor quality.
The only good food there was the Involtini and Ravioli. Definitely NOT Sushi!!!!
Reply to your comment: No you did not tell me on the phone or I wouldn't hav said "THEN WE'LL BOOK A TABLE" and Of course I am angry and unsatisfied! I have been rating restaurants and writing reviews for years in google!! About the notice on the door: I will let the people judge.

β β β β β The nigiri sushi taste delicious and authenthic. However, for me the sushi size were a little to small, and you may want to order more to fufil your stomach. For me, six pcs of sushi were not fulfiling.
Friendly and helpful staff, fast service time, and spacious interior.
Updated for the all-you-can-eat menu. The AYCE menu is highly recommended. They prepared the menu fresh by-request. Really cheap price if you come at lunch in weekdays.

β β β β β Really wide menu with lots of well known options, together with some more creative ones!
The place offer the "all you can eat option" to allow you to taste several dishes without paying too much, nevertheless the overall quality is pretty good!
Lots of space inside and nice personell makes it a good place for your last minute "sushi cravings" in Turin!
