Ci hanno consentito di fare una piccola degustazione e di nutrirci non solo delle loro straordinarie focacce, ma anche della loro esperienza e conoscenza nella panificazione. Estremamente consigliato. Arrived here on the recommendation of some locals, what we found was: courtesy, availability, hospitality and professionalism. They allowed us to do a little tasting and feed ourselves not only with their extraordinary focaccia, but also with their experience and knowledge in baking. Extremely recommended.

Attenzione però alla tenuta del forno perché potrebbe capitare che il pane sappia un po' troppo di fumo. Eccellente i taralli dolci, proposti in varie versioni e gusti. Da farne esperienza sicuramente. Gentilissimo e molto disponibile il fornaio che presumo sia il gestore del forno Spartan atmosphere, from an antique oven, good bread from a wood oven. Tutto ottimo dopo 7h di viaggio verso casa! La signora è stata gentilissima! Recommended by our landlord as one of the best bakeries in Altamura and in fact it is like this: freshly baked bread, delicious focaccia and taralli ... All excellent after 7h of traveling home! Pino and his wife carries on with passion the taste of Altamura culinary tradition. if you are around this bakery definitely is worth a visit.
