★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima esperienza presso questo panificio. Cercato su Google Maps come il migliore della zona, mi ci sono fiondata per provare non solo il tipico pane di Altamura ma anche i dolci, nello specifico il panettone artigianale che per quei giorni hanno venduto ad un prezzo ribassato.
Per quanto riguarda i taralli ai cereali e il pane posso dirvi che erano davvero eccezionali, per quanto riguarda invece il lato dolciario, nello specifico il panettone artigianale, posso dirvi che era davvero molto morbido, non era per nulla secco, e si è mantenuto intatto per tantissimi giorni nonostante io l'avessi già aperto.
Commesse molto gentili, cordiali, e sempre con il sorriso.
Beautiful experience at this bakery. Searched on Google Maps as the best in the area, I went there to try not only the typical Altamura bread but also the desserts, specifically the artisan panettone that for those days they sold at a reduced price.
As for the cereal taralli and bread I can tell you that they were truly exceptional, as for the confectionery side, specifically the artisan panettone, I can tell you that it was really very soft, it was not dry at all, and it remained intact. for many days even though I had already opened it.
Very kind, cordial salespersons, and always with a smile.
