N	Nathaly Sosa Crespo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo dire con tristezza quel che segue: sono arrivata 15 Min prima del mio appuntamento, fuori 40 gradi, addolorante e accaldata ho pensato di arrivare e rinfrescarmi nello studio mentre attendevo il mio turno, ma non è successo. Non solo non c'era nemmeno il minimo accenno di un climatizzatore che rinfrescasse il locale, non c'era nemmeno un solo ventilatore. Niente! Ho aspettato 40 minuti che arrivasse il mio turno nelle poltrone più scomode che facevano solo scena, ma non era funzionali a pazienti che vengono con dolore pelvico, come nel mio caso, ma il mio turno non arrivava mai. L'orario detto al telefono era di riferimento e si passava a fare la visita per ordine di arrivo e quindi avrei dovuto aspettare forse il doppio di tempo nello studio all'ultimo piano di questa palazzina bagnata dal sole. Non ho avuto modo di passare dal medico e a dir vero, non volevo nemmeno incontrarlo perché se non ha cura dei suoi pazienti mentre aspettano, cosa posso chiedere poi? Sono tornata a casa mia, dopo 1 ora in viaggio in macchina. Purtroppo sapevo che al sud le visite specialistiche le fanno principalmente a pagamento, ma se non è per l'empatia e cura del paziente, disponete la sala d'attesa in miglior modo visto che comunque non è gratis per noi. Not only was there not even the slightest hint of an air conditioner to cool the room, there was not even a single fan. Nothing! The time told on the phone was a reference and we went to make the visit by order of arrival and therefore I would have had to wait perhaps twice as long in the study on the top floor of this sun-drenched building. I didn't get to go to the doctor and to tell the truth, I didn't even want to meet him because if he doesn't care for his patients while they wait, what can I ask next? I returned to my house, after 1 hour of traveling by car. Unfortunately I knew that in the south the specialist visits are mainly paid, but if it is not for the empathy and care of the patient, arrange the waiting room in a better way since it is not free for us anyway.
