★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da sempre uno dei migliori panifici, soprattutto nei periodi estivi data la sua collocazione (sulla strada conversano-polignano). Personale cordiale e disponibile, nonostante le lunghe attese e le continue richieste dei clienti.
Molta varietà di pietanze: stuzzicheria, primi piatti, prima colazione, banco frigo; insomma pronti a qualsiasi esigenza.
Qualità dei prodotti indiscussa, ma insuperabile è il pan brioche al tonno.
Aggiornamento: totale restyling del locale, che si è anche attrezzato con un bar all'esterno ed ampliato gli spazi interni.
Servizio e disponibilità sempre impeccabili.
 Always one of the best bakeries, especially in summer due to its location (on the conversano-polignano road). Friendly and helpful staff, despite the long waits and constant customer requests.
A lot of variety of dishes: snacks, first courses, breakfast, refrigerated counter; in short, ready for any need.
The undisputed quality of the products, but unsurpassed, is the brioche bread with tuna.
Update: total restyling of the restaurant, which has also been equipped with an outdoor bar and expanded the interior spaces.
Always impeccable service and availability.

Ci sono innumerevoli tipi di prodotti tipici della zona, ogni tipo di tarallo, pane e anche dolci. C'è vasta scelta dal punto di vista della rosticceria e se qualcuno vuole concedersi una buona pausa pranzo non mancano mai primi buonissimi, un'infinità di panini e trecce farcite di ogni gusto. E per chi vuole mantenersi leggero ci sono anche svariate tipologie di insalate altrettanto gustosissime e davvero buone.
