Il menù è sempre molto variegato: chi pranza fuori tutti i giorni non è costretto a mangiare sempre il solito piatto, ma può scegliere ogni volta tra tante pietanze diverse, tutte buonissime. Ad, dimenticavo l’ingrediente fondamentale del successo di Rojià: la cortesia dei responsabili, sempre pronti a farti sentire come fossi davvero a casa!
Great. There are no other words to describe Rojià. Each dish has the taste of tradition, of authenticity. The menu is always very varied: those who dine out every day are not forced to always eat the usual dish, but can choose each time among many different dishes, all delicious. For example, I forgot the fundamental ingredient of Rojià's success: the courtesy of those responsible, always ready to make you feel like you were really at home!

Mi sono fermato al volo per pranzo, erano circa le 15, piuttosto tardi come orario di pranzo, ciononostante il proprietario molto disponibile si è offerto di preparci un piatto caldo a base di gnocchi con funghi e pistacchio. In un batter d'occhio questo primo molto particolare sia come presenza che come gusto era pronto.
Ottimo! Sicuramente da ritornarci.

I stopped on the fly for lunch, it was around 15, quite late as lunch time, nevertheless the very helpful owner offered to prepare us a hot dish based on gnocchi with mushrooms and pistachio. In the blink of an eye, this very particular first course, both in terms of presence and taste, was ready.
Great! Definitely to go back.
