★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccola pizzeria in Castellana Grotte, ma che per la qualità, varietà e gusto dei suoi prodotti è diventata punto di riferimento per gustare un ottima pizza. Pochi posti a sedere, circa 25/30, un ambiente accogliente e con personale disponibile e preparato. Il flusso delle pizze da asporto è incredibile, e trovare un posto di sabato senza prenotazione è quasi impossibile. Ma se non potete in settimana, vale comunque la pena tentare o "accontentarsi" di pizze da portar via. Il gusto ripaga!
 Small pizzeria in Castellana Grotte, but due to the quality, variety and taste of its products it has become a reference point for enjoying an excellent pizza. Few seats, around 25/30, a welcoming environment with helpful and prepared staff. The flow of takeaway pizzas is incredible, and finding a seat on a Saturday without a reservation is almost impossible. But if you can't during the week, it's still worth trying or "settling" for take-out pizzas. The taste pays off!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il martedì sera (scoperto per caso), servono una loro specialità detta "scrocchiarella" : un impasto lievitato diversamente, più alto e molto croccante, con farciti in gusti differenti, ottima da consumare in due o più persone. A prescindere Kimama serve pizze davvero ottime, così come anche insalate e varie, veramente tutto buono. Rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dall'attuazione delle norme anti-covid alla lettera, 110 e lode!
On Tuesday evening (discovered by chance), they serve their specialty called "scrocchiarella": a differently leavened dough, higher and very crunchy, with stuffing in different flavors, excellent to be consumed in two or more people. Regardless Kimama serves really good pizzas, as well as salads and various, really all good. You were pleasantly surprised by the implementation of the anti-covid rules to the letter, 110 and praise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simpatico ricevere al tavolo maxi pizze con piatto gigante in ceramica. Impasto sempre buono e leggero. Peccato che la qualità dei prodotti stia un po' calando rispetto a qualche anno fa. Peccato xké le potenzialità della migliore pizza di Castellana li ha tutti. Servizio sempre cortese e puntuale.
Nice to receive maxi pizzas at the table with a giant ceramic plate. Always good and light dough. Too bad that the quality of the products is decreasing a bit compared to a few years ago. Too bad because the potential of the best pizza in Castellana has them all. Always courteous and punctual service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pizza è davvero ottima e l'impasto leggero,cotta a legna.Si può scegliere l'impasto classico e altri tipi di impasto con un piccolo sovrapprezzo.
Oltre alle classiche pizze, ci sono le pizze gourmet, che io preferisco, a base bianca quindi senza pomodoro, ma volendo si può richiedere.
Il personale è comunque disponibile a modificare gli ingredienti della pizza a seconda dei gusti.
Ottima anche la birra bionda alla spina, se si é in tanti si può prendere la caraffa da un litro, ma ci sono anche ottime birre in bottiglia.
Personalmente sono già quattro volte che ci vado, e sono sempre rimasto soddisfatto per cui mi sento di consigliare questa pizzeria.
The pizza is really good and the light dough, cooked with wood. You can choose the classic dough and other types of dough with a small surcharge.
In addition to the classic pizzas, there are gourmet pizzas, which I prefer, with a white base and therefore without tomato, but if you want you can ask for it.
The staff is still available to change the ingredients of the pizza according to taste.
Also good beer on tap, if you are many you can take the liter carafe, but there are also excellent bottled beers.
Personally I am already four times that I go there, and I have always been satisfied so I can recommend this pizzeria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dall'esterno, al primo impatto, non mi ha fatto una buona impressione, anche perché ha pochi tavoli, invece è stata una piacevolissima scoperta! Sono rimasta colpita dalla gentilezza, dall'educazione del personale e dall'igiene del locale. La cameriera infatti, igienizzava qualsiasi cosa, anche il menù e le sue mani ogni qualvolta prendeva i soldi. Tanto di cappello a chi presta attenzioni di questo genere in questo periodo di covid, cosa che fin'ora ho riscontrato in pochissime pizzerie, se non quasi in nessuna! Poi la pizza veramente buona! Leggera e cotta nel forno a legna. Prezzi nella norma. Quelli della scrocchiarella mi sono sembrati un po' alti. Ci ritornerò sicuramente!
From the outside, at first glance, it did not make a good impression on me, also because it has few tables, instead it was a very pleasant discovery! I was struck by the kindness, the education of the staff and the hygiene of the place. In fact, the waitress sanitized everything, even the menu and her hands every time she took the money. Hats off to those who pay attention of this kind in this period of covid, something that so far I have found in very few pizzerias, if at all! Then the really good pizza! Light and cooked in a wood oven. Prices in the norm. Those of the scrocchiarella seemed a bit tall. I will definitely be back!
