Ecco la mia esperienza: entro nell attività io e altre due signore e dal laboratorio ci guardano senza venirci incontro. Dopo un 4/5 minuti arriva un signore sulla sessantina e gli chiedo se gentilmente hanno un menù da asporto per capodanno. La sua risposta: no. Ok allora gli chiedo se posso avere un'idea di cosa preparano a Buffett e lui mi risponde: no, ciò che ti serve ti prepariamo. E continua a dirmi: stai pensando da ora a Capodanno, prima dobbiamo preparare e fare passare il Natale. Allora dato che siamo vicini a Natale, a oggi mancano 6 giorni, gli chiedo se hanno un menù di natale per farmi un' idea e che son venuto appositamente da un altro paese sotto consiglio di un amico. Mi risponde di no e mi chiede: ma lei ha tempo da perdere? Educatamente (come tutto il tempo in cui sono stato nel locale), solo perché mi ritrovavo una persona anziana davanti, mi sono girato e me ne sono andato. Ora mi chiedo: come fa certa gente a stare nel commercio?!? Ho un lavoro che mi fa stare a contatto con centinaia di persone al giorno e l'educazione e la disponibilitá sono la prima cosa che offro. Sicuramente il signore avrà così tanti soldi e così tanto lavoro che non poteva o non voleva servirmi, ma bastava dirlo. A mai piu. If you could put zero stars I would have put them. Difronte alle mie domande su quali fossero gli ingredienti dei suoi piatti "stile anni ottanta" si è infastidito a tal punto da stracciare l'ordine che stava compilando e ha detto a me e a mia moglie che lui non aveva convenienza a preparare un buffet per sole dieci persone, per cui saremmo potuti andare altrove. Penso sia una persona frustrata e stanca del suo lavoro, questo tal Perrelli: è meglio che vada in pensione! The owner proved incapable of being kind and patient, indeed he was a complete peasant.
