★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un forno che produce il tipico pane brindisino, è ben fornito con diversi tipi di Frisi,tarallini, focacce ed altro, per me non è il top perché a me piace il pane cotto con il forno a legna.
It is an oven that produces the typical Brindisi bread, it is well stocked with different types of Frisi, tarallini, focaccia and other, for me it is not the top because I like bread baked with a wood oven.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima scelta di pane e focacce. Il forno è dietro il bancone principale per questo il pane è sempre ben caldo. Presenza di tavolini all'interno. Si trovano anche dolci da forno come le cartellate ed i bocconotti tipici brindisini ripieni di marmellata.
Excellent choice of bread and focaccia. The oven is behind the main counter so the bread is always hot. Presence of small tables inside. There are also baked desserts such as cartellate and typical brindisini bocconotti stuffed with jam.
