★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono le 13.00, prendo tre focacce con la promozione prendi due al pomodoro e una in omaggio con salsa.. Chiedo allora se me ne poteva dare una con salsa e due con pomodoro, ma rifiutano perché "non si trovano con la promozione". E allora se ne avessi presa una solo con salsa? Ne avrebbero avuta allo stesso modo una con salsa in meno e una in più con il pomodoro. Scortesia immotivata, non se lo possono permettere perché poi il cliente cambia panificio come farò.
It's 13.00, I take three focaccias with the promotion take two with tomato sauce and one with complimentary sauce .. I ask then if I could give one with sauce and two with tomato, but they refuse because "they are not with the promotion". So if I had taken only with a sauce? In the same way they would have had one with less sauce and one more with tomato. Unmotivated discourtesy, they can't afford it because then the customer changes the bakery as I will.
