A	Antonio Pesce on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voto bassissimo non per la qualità del prodotto.ora vi racconto,due giorni prima passiamo con questo panificio,il quale è un mio amico gli ordina 3 focacce intere al pomodoro e 10 pasticciotti di vari gusti,tutto questo x il giovedì seguente, prima vedi andare via ci lascia il numero di telefono del panificio per eventuali prenotazioni.il giorno dopo chiamo per fare aggiungere all'ordine del Mio amico due vassoi di pasticciotti misti da 10 pezzi x vassoio.arriva il giovedì entriamo la focaccia non era pronta ,era rimasta solo una in quanto era Pure sotto orario di chiusura,non aveva i pasticciotti x il mio amico ,ma per me e l'altro mio amico si,l La titolare non sapeva come giustificarsi e si davano la colpa l'uno con l'altro.altra nota dolente quando arrivo a casa dopo 11 ore di viaggio,apro il vassoio dei pasticciotti ed erano 9 e poi tutti alla crema.ma va va va va.la qualità nella norma Very low rating not for the quality of the product. Ci sono anche prodotti industriali confezionati sempre dalla forneria Cassiano. Solo l'imbarazzo della scelta tutto ottimo e molto economico. Great large family-run oven. Ottima la ruota di cipolla e olive nere. Anche quella prosciutto cotto e mozzarelle. Piccoli panzerotti. E poi banco dolci :da pasticceria secca alle meringhe, ai ciambelloni, cornetti e bombe fritte alla crema. Su ordinazione si possono avere orecchiette e pasta fresca varia. Gamma di prodotti che spazia dal dolce al salato proponendo tutte le specialità della gastropanetteria e dolciaria brindisina. Lo definirei il Paradiso dell'esigente buongustaio ghiotto e desideroso della tradizione. Eccellente il rapporto qualità prezzo.
